Returns

At Harper & Holt, we want you to love every purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must remain intact and attached. Footwear must be returned in its original box and placed inside protective outer packaging. Perfumes and other beauty items cannot be returned once opened or if the seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.
